All orders received by MyTightRide.com will be confirmed either by Email or a telephone call. We accept orders through our Yahoo! Store 24 hours a day. We also accept fax and Email orders 24 hours a day. Our fax number is (714) 634-3843.

Alternate Payment:

We understand that many people are still hesitant to pass their credit card number over the Internet. Therefore, we offer alternate solutions to our customers who wish to purchase from us but do not have a credit card or do not want to send their credit card number over the Internet.

        PayPal - This option is available for customers who have a PayPal account. Please Email us with your order and PayPal information. We will respond to you with an order confirmation. Once we receive your PayPal payment, we will ship out your merchandise.

        Email - DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN AN EMAIL. We will call you to get your credit card information over the phone. If you choose to Email us an order, please send us the information on our Order Form in the body of your Email. Depending on your Email software and your browser, you may be able to copy the full order form into the body of your Email and type in your information before you send it. Start with going to the "FILE" option in the menu bar. Then, go to "SEND - PAGE BY EMAIL." You can also try editing the order form in Word - "FILE - EDIT IN MICROSOFT WORD," save the document and send us the file. As soon as we receive your order, we will Email you with a confirmation invoice.

        U.S. Mail - This option is good for those that do not have credit cards or just don't like sending their credit card information over the Internet. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders (made payable to Mytightride). Please note, we will hold your order until your payment clears our bank. DO NOT SEND CASH. To complete this process, simply fill out the Order Form and mail it along with your check or credit card information to us at 634F N. Poplar St., Orange, CA 92868. As soon as we receive your order, we will Email you with a confirmation invoice.

        FAX - Again, this option is good for those that do not like to send their credit card information over the Internet. Please print out and complete the Order Form then FAX it to (714) 634-3843. Please remember to include your payment information. As soon as we receive your order, we will Email you with a confirmation invoice.

I Don't See What I Need:

MyTightRide lists over 500 performance items and accessories on its website. We list everything we offer and we add new items as soon as they come available.

Ship-to Address:

It is our policy that the shipping address and the billing address on your credit card match. If they do not match, there will be a delay until we can verify your information is correct. Again, if the ship-to and bill-to addresses do not match, there WILL be a hold up in processing your order. We are required by our bank to verify all card transactions to avoid fraud. In order to accommodate customers (especially those outside the USA), we will require you FAX us at (714) 634-3843 the following items:

- A copy of the front and back sides of your credit card
- A copy of your driver's license
- The first page of your credit card statement.

This is for your safety as well as ours.

Please note, if you order an item and you give us the wrong address (834 instead of 843), you will be charged a correction fee of $10.00. This charge will also apply if you contact the carrier and change the shipping address of your order after the order ships.

Sales tax:

Many of our customers are not required to pay sales tax on their purchases, which may equal a good savings. However, according to applicable state law, MyTightRide.com/SG Systems is required to charge a 7.75% sales tax to California State residents.

Shipping:

Our shipping charges include the cost of sending your order to your requested drop-off point, UPS’s residential surcharge, insurance and packaging of your order. There is a flat rate of $15.00 per order shipped UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii and International orders will be charged more. You may choose other (faster) methods during the check-out process and the cost will be applied at that time.

We do ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's/FPO's and military bases (see APO/FPO's below) ONLY if your credit card billing addres is the same as the shipping address. Please choose APO/FPO during the check-out time since UPS will not ship to those locations. Please note, the cost to ship with the U.S. Post Office is considerably more than UPS Ground. Therefore, we much charge more for shipping to these locations than our regular UPS customers. The charge to ship via the USPS is $50.00 per order. This cost will cover postal charges, insurance and other charges.

Please note, Next Day Air Saver service does not always mean the next day (assuming the item is in stock). It is the next working day from the time that the order is shipped out from our location. Weekends do not count as working days. If you chose next day and the product is not available for immediate shipping, we will contact you and advise you of your choices. If you would like Saturday Delivery for your next day air package, there will be extra cost charged. Please contact us for details. Again, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska must use either Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day ship methods and will be charged accordingly. Please Email us for a quote before you order. Next Day Air Saver does not mean that your order will be received on a Saturday. Saturday is not a business day. However, if you desire Saturday delivery, please contact us for a quote. See below for International information.

Some of our parts manufacturers drop-ship our products. Unless indicated, those parts will be sent UPS Ground. Your order will be sent to you, assuming the item is in stock, within one working day of your order.

Finally, you may order Next Day Air Saver or 2 Day Air, but receive the next level down or even Ground. We reserve the right to change your shipping method based on the cost to ship the package. We give our customers a general quote on shipping, but occasionally the cost to ship the package one or two day air exceed the quoted amount. Therefore, you may order Next Day Air and receive 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select or even Ground if your order is very large in size/weight. The same goes for 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select. You may order your merchandise with any one of our available air services, but not receive it as soon as you expect it. Customers must keep in mind that items are frequently out of stock. If you order an item and request Next Day Air Saver, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select and we cannot ship your product right away, we will notify you by Email. International Shipments:

We accept International orders. Please Email us with the item you wish to purchase and your address, and we'll Email you back with a total cost including UPS shipping. For International orders, we only accept bank wire transfers. For our wire transfer information please Email us. Please don't bother placing an order with a VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card since we will not be able to verify its authenticity. We will simply cancel the order. Our International customers may be subject to import tariffs which are levied when your package reaches your country. Any additional charges that may be applied to your shipment must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what those charges may be. As a customer of MyTightRide, you are considered the importer of record and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the United States and the country in which you are receiving your merchandise. Please note, International shipment are subject to inspection by customs authorities. In addition, MyTightRide.com may be required to supply to customs agents information regarding your merchandise. This is often required in order to facilitate clearance by customs and to comply with local laws. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.

APO/FPO's & Military Bases:

If you wish to have your order shipped to one of these locations, you must choose APO/FPO Military during the check-out process. The cost to use the Post Office for shipping your order will be $50.00/order. This is due to the fact that shipping through the US Post Office is considerably more expensive than UPS Ground. That will include insurance on your order. With no exception, your credit card billing address must match your shipping address. We may be able to charge you less for this service depending on your order. However, may need to charge you more for your order depending on what you order. We will Email you for approval before we process your order if this is the case. Its rare that we have to charge more than $50.00/order unless you purchase a LOT of stuff!

Please know this with APO and FPO orders: We have no control on how long it takes for your order to reach you. It is our experience that since auto parts are often contained in large boxes, military mail takes a longer period of time to process them (sometimes up to two months). Many APO boxes are located in New York so you must also consider the transit time between California and New York. So, please have patience when you request APO and FPO deliveries.

Installations:

The folks at MyTightRide, Inc. do installs. However, we are limited in the availability of our installation team. Please call us to schedule an appointment for the installation of your new custom part.

If you are unable to install an item purchased from MyTightride, Inc. and pay to have the item(s) installed, the cost to install those items is the responsibility of the purchaser. If for some reason, the item(s) installed are dysfunctional, you will most likely have to pay to have the item removed and the replacement item reinstalled. MyTightRide, Inc. is not responsible for such installation charges….no matter how many times the item is professionally installed or removed. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND you have the item(s) tested prior to installation. MyTightRide is also not responsible for any rental car charges involved with the installation of any products purchased from us.

Cancellation:

If you choose to cancel your order, please href="mailto:Info@MyTightRide.com">Email us as soon as possible. We will stop your shipment from leaving our location and refund your payment back to you, in full. If the merchandise has already left our building, our Returning Merchandise policy applies (see below).

Returning Merchandise:

If you decide to return your order, please send it to:

Please Email or call us prior to returning any merchandise to let us know what to expect. Please include a copy of your original invoice along with the reason for return. All products must be returned to us within 15 days of when the merchandise was received by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs required to return merchandise. Also, when shipping back product, please make sure it is packed well and will not sustain damage during shipping. We cannot accept damaged and defective merchandise due to irresponsibility of the customer. All merchandise returned to us must be in resellable condition. If you received the merchandise in a damaged fashion due to shipping, please see "Damaged Goods" below. If the merchandise you received is defective, please return the merchandise to us so we may exchange it with a like item. Merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Many of the products we sell are custom-tailored for a specific vehicle, we assess this charge to offset our costs of out-bound shipping, refinishing, repackaging, and restocking the product. If you return damaged, missing or defective merchandise to us and refuse an exchange, you will be subject to our regular restocking fees as stated above. If you make an error when you order your item, simply send back the item to us. You may be charged our usual shipping rate when we send you your other item. If you return merchandise and the item shows signs of use or being installed, we will send the original merchandise back to you notifying you the item shows signs of use and that we will not accept the item. Please note, if you order painted items such as fender flares or body kits, we will not accept returns. We have no way to resell those items since they're very specialized. See Fender Flares and Body Kits below.

Damaged Goods/Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for the delay in delivery by the shipping vendor. In the event of a delay If you received your product damaged, please Email us so we can notify the respective shipping company for inspection and replacement. MyTightRide.com and SG Systems will not be personally liable for any damage (including shipping damages), loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance issues caused by: (1) Acts and errors of the customer (2) Governmental actions (3) Strikes, fires, disasters, riots, acts of God or (4) Any other cause or condition beyond MyTightRide.com’s and SG Systems' reasonable control in the event of any such delay or non-performance.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to refuse it back to the package carrier. If you accept the damaged package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for us to complete a damage claim. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us by Email IMMEDIATELY to arrange for the carrier to inspect the damaged goods and return the merchandise to us. If you do not notify MyTightRide.com of your damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, our regular RMA policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Claims are valid only subject to approval from Shipping Carrier.

Fender Flares and Body Kits:

Customers who order any body kit items must be sure that you want them. Once you place the order, you own them. Body items are custom painted and cannot be returned or restocked. Typical time for delivery on body kit items is 15-20 working days.

Back Orders/Out of Stock:

If you purchase an item from us and that item is on back-order, we will contact you either by telephone or Email. You will have the option to wait for the product, cancel the item or substitute for another item.

Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, MyTightRide.com and SG Systems shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MyTightRide.com and SG Systems shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charge for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MyTightRide.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, income or profits, arising out of or in connection with the purchase of your merchandise, without limitation, breach of any obligation imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Much of the product descriptions posted on our product pages are generated from the manufacturers or our suppliers. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from picture. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors. Prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice.

In no event shall MyTightRide.com and SG Systems have any liability (whether under the theories of breach of contract or warranty, negligence or strict liability) in excess of the purchased price paid for the merchandise.

Warranty:

Products sold by www.MyTightRide.com come with a warranty. That warranty is covered by the product's respective manufacturer. Warranties vary from product to product. Please review the manufacturer's warranty for further information. www.MyTightRide.com stands behind all the products we sell and we guarantee their workmanship. If you received a defective product, please see our Damaged Goods/Shipping Delays
policy. If you have purchased an item from us that is over 30 days old and is not operating properly due to only a manufacturer defect, we will accept your item back in exchange for a replacement (if the manufacturer's warranty still applies). Please note, customer will be responsible for shipping the defective item to MyTightRide as well as us shipping the item back to the customer. We will charge the customer's credit card the actual cost for return shipping. Please Email us prior to shipping to notify us of the defect. Also, please include your original order number as well as a description of the defect/return. Finally, MyTightRide has the final discretion and will determine if the defect is truly the responsibility of the manufacturer or a result of carelessness of the customer. If we determine that the manufacturer will not honor the warranty due to customer carelessness, MyTightRide will give the customer the option to purchase a replacement or ship the item back at their cost.

Jurisdiction and Venue:

When you purchase products from MyTightRide.com, you agree that any legal action brought against MyTightRide.com or SG Systems shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the MyTightRide.com website shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the County of Orange, California.
