Q. Can you gift-wrap?
A. Yes, just choose the "Gift Wrap" option ($3.95 per item) on the
order form. We take great pride in our gift wrapping and will make your gift
look absolutely fantastic.
Q. Can you include a gift card with my order?
A. Yes, if specified in the "Gift Message" area of your order
Q. Do you accept online coupons.
A. Yes, if you have a coupon code, enter it in the "Coupon Code" area
of the order form. Your discount will be automatically applied. If your order is less than your coupon or gift certificate, just click on through. You DO NOT have to enter in your credit card info (even though it appears so).
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Yes. For online gift certificates, your recipient will be sent an informational email on how to redeem. Keep in mind that when redeeming a gift certificate, you DO NOT have to enter credit card info if your order (+ shipping and applicable taxes) is less than the gift certificate amount. Just click on through even though you are prompted for credit card info.
Q. Do you offer gift certificates by mail?
A. Yes. Call us at 800.334.6260 and we'll send your recipient a gift certificate and a catalogue by mail. We'll even pay for the stamp!
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Sales tax is added only for customers in VA. The rate is 4.5%

A. Verity blue's standard shipping is USPS parcel post. If you would like to expedite an order using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days guaranteed), please call us at 800.334.6260.
Q. With standard shipping procedures, how long will it take for my package
to ship?
A. Approximately 7-10 days for standard pieces unless otherwise noted. Although you should allow 7-10 days, items usually arrive within 3-5 days. For expedited shipping (USPS Priority: 2-3 days guaranteed), please call our 800# (800.334.6260). Our made-to-order furniture pieces usually ship within 4 weeks. We offer
"Free Delivery" for any order over $350 in the DC area only.
30-Day Guarantee
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You can return any piece for any reason in its original condition within
30 days of its receipt and receive a refund or a store credit (only for the
cost of the item/taxes).
Q. If my item is damaged, but want a replacement, what should I do?
A. We will issue a "call tag" to have the damaged item(s) picked up
and will send you a replacement ... with our apologies.
