Green Little Beans Return Policy:

If you picked the wrong size and need an exchange, don’t hesitate and feel free to return it, and we will gladly exchange it.

Steps required for an Exchange or store credit:

1. Contact customer care and request a return authorization number. When shipped please include this number anywhere on the box.
2. Notify customer care if you would like a exchange (list the product you would like to exchange it for) or store credit.

Items are only accepted for credit or exchange within 20 days of the day you received your order. If you would like your money back please follow the above steps and we will credit the credit card used to purchase the items not including shipping & handling fees. All returned items for store credit will subject to 25% restocking fee.

Return Requirements for all products: Items must be sent securely wrapped. All articles must have all the original tags and labels affixed, as they were when the articles were delivered. Always return your products through a shipping manner that can be tracked. Green Little Beans is not responsible for any lost or undelivered items.
